Boujee Batz 30-Day Limited Warranty Statement
Boujee Batz warrants our wooden baseball bats to be free from defects for a period of 30 days from the date the bat is received. A defect refers to an inconsistency in woodworking, paint standard, or overall quality of the bat. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the bat.
If within the 30-day warranty period, your Boujee Batz wooden baseball bat is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the bat free of charge. Additionally, we can offer you a refund for your purchase upon return of your bat if you would not be content with a replacement.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
1. Normal wear and tear.
2. Misuse, abuse, or improper use of the bat.
3. Modification or alteration of the bat.
4. Use of the bat for purposes other than its intended use.
5. Accidents, impacts, or other external causes.
To make a warranty claim, please contact Boujee Batz within the 30-day warranty period. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and return the defective bat to us for inspection. Boujee Batz reserves the right to determine whether the damage is covered by the warranty.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Boujee Batz shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
By purchasing our wooden baseball bats, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this 30-Day Limited Warranty Statement. If you have any questions regarding this warranty or need to make a warranty claim, please contact Boujee Batz.

Boujee Batz Product and Legal Liability Waiver Statement
By purchasing and/or using our wooden baseball bats, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Assumption of Risk: Baseball is a sport with inherent risks, including the risk of injury. The use of wooden baseball bats carries risks, including but not limited to, the risk of bodily injury, property damage, and death. You acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the purchase, possession, and use of our wooden baseball bats.
2. Proper Use: It is your responsibility to ensure that our wooden baseball bats are used properly and in accordance with all applicable generally accepted safety precautions. Improper use, misuse, or modification of our bats may increase the risk of injury and void any warranty or liability coverage.
3. Inspection and Maintenance: Before each use, carefully inspect your wooden baseball bat for any signs of damage, wear, or defect. Do not use a bat that shows any such signs. Regularly maintain and care for your bat.
4. Waiver of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Boujee Batz, its officers, members, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to your purchase, possession, or use of our wooden baseball bats, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.
5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boujee Batz, its officers, members, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any third-party claims resulting from your purchase, possession, or use of our wooden baseball bats.
6. Limitation of Warranty: Our wooden baseball bats are sold "as is" with a warranty limited to 30 days from the date you receive your bat. During this time the bat should be swung, hit with, or used in games under the proper uses stated above. Any products returned broken being used improperly, negligently, or dangerously will not be replaced or refunded. Any products returned broken outside of the warranty date will not be replaced or refunded. Boujee Batz reserves the right to determine whether the damage is covered by the warranty.
7. Jurisdiction and Venue: Any dispute arising out of or related to this waiver shall be governed by the laws of New York State without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this waiver shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Suffolk County, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
By purchasing our wooden baseball bats, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set forth in this legal and product liability waiver statement. If you do not agree with any part of this statement, you should not purchase or use our wooden baseball bats.
