We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your bat. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the bat for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Ensure that the bat is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
4. No Final Sale Items: All items are eligible for return, and we do not designate any items as final sale.

Warranty Coverage
Our wooden baseball bats come with a 30-Day Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

1. Defects Covered: The warranty covers inconsistencies in woodworking, paint standards, or overall quality of the bat.
2. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
   - Normal wear and tear.
   - Misuse, abuse, or improper use of the bat.
   - Modification or alteration of the bat.
   - Use of the bat for purposes other than its intended use.
   - Accidents, impacts, or other external causes.

Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim within the 30-day period, please contact Boujee Batz with your proof of purchase. You may be required to return the defective bat for inspection. If the bat is found to be defective, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the bat free of charge. Alternatively, you may opt for a refund upon returning the defective bat.
